Is the top end of Blackshots lane North that leads into Stifford Clays road an unclassified speed limit road due to there being NO Lampost?

Answer.
NO. Lampost should be in place and spaced apart no further than the 200 yards required by the Department of Transport Rule's.

A speeding Doctor had his case thrown out by the Law courts due to the lampost being further apart than the department of transport rule's and regulations.

I wonder if any DSA Driving Test Candidates failed their test on this road for speeding!
